Plot:

A story about grassroots efforts follows Mei Xiao Ge and his colleagues uniting the people to develop Guangming County.

On the eve of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Mei Xiao Ge takes office as the governor of Guangming County and becomes colleagues with Lv Qingshan, Secretary of the County Party Committee and Ai Xian Zhi who’s the Deputy Secretary.
